Twice a year, the entire network convenes to pressure-test the operating system. We examine real-world case studies of relational architecture in action across our organisations

The Shared Foundation

The strength of this arena is our shared operating language. To ensure we can dive straight into high-level structural work without catching people up, this community is exclusively for leaders who have already begun installing the architecture—either through the Close the Gap Intensive or previous direct work with us.

The Commitment: Embedding a new operating system takes time. To protect the integrity and high-performance focus of the arena, we require a 12-month membership commitment.
