CLOSE THE GAP: The 12-Week Commitment
The Internal Enquiry
Before we build the architecture of a culture, we must first examine the architecture of our own leadership. This partnership begins with four essential questions together:
- When the stakes are high and the pressure inevitably rises, what happens to the space between our best intentions and the relational signals we actually send?
- In moments of tension, how might the biological pull toward certainty and control be limiting our capacity for curiosity and connection?
- When relational friction appears, how can we shift from trying to manage the system to forensically examining the quality of the space we are co-creating?
- What extraordinary possibilities open up when we invite absolute candor to bridge the gap between who we intend to be and how we are actually experienced?
1
The Discovery Call
We begin with a 20-minute Socratic conversation to explore your current relational climate and determine if the 12-week Crucible is the right environment for your challenges.
2
The Relational Audit
Following our call, you will be invited into the 4-Minute Relational Audit. This maps your unique survival defaults—Take Charge, Take Care, or Avoid—to provide our forensic baseline.

The Twelve -Week Programme
We protect twelve 60-minute sessions to dismantle those defaults and build the relational muscle required to lead from the "Create With" space, even under fire.
