Sustaining the 'Create With' Space

Leadership can be an isolating experience, especially when we are committed to radical difference.

Before we can sustain an 'Everyone Thrives' culture in our schools and organisations, we need a space to sustain ourselves.

This membership begins by exploring three essential questions together:

  • How do we maintain a culture of profound psychological safety when the pressure inevitably rises and our survival instincts kick in?
  • What becomes possible when we hold the tension of high standards together, rather than carrying the weight in isolation?
  • How might a shared arena of collective wisdom shift our daily defaults from seeking control to fostering curiosity and connection?

1. Dedicated Peer Cohorts

Because true candour requires safety and shared context, we form role-specific cohorts of up to eight peers (dedicated groups for Headteachers and distinct groups for Senior Leaders etc ). Meeting monthly in a secure, online arena, this space is our "Friction Clinic." We bring our real-time relational challenges to the table, mapping our survival defaults and co-creating solutions using the collective wisdom of the room.

2. Masterclass Programme

A structured, ongoing virtual exploration into the architecture of the Everyone Thrives Blueprint. Together, we dive deeply into the four foundational habits: Unconditional Regard, Community Building, Fair Process, and Dialogue. These sessions translate cutting-edge models into daily practice, ensuring we share a common language of high standards and human connection.

3. Living Resource Vault

Continuous access to the evolving tools of the movement. This includes the complete library of the Everyone Thrives Books (Dialogue, Fair Process, Community), the diagnostic 4-Minute Relational Audit, and our daily momentum practices. We do not just consume these resources; we refine them together, ensuring our shared practice remains at the forefront of relational design.

The Bi-Annual 'Everyone Thrives' Summits

Twice a year, our entire network gathers in a high-impact digital space to anchor our shared practice. We come together to forensically examine lived experiences and real case studies of relational design in action across our schools.

By holding the tension of complex system challenges as a collective, we continuously refine the Everyone Thrives Blueprint, ensuring our community remains at the absolute cutting edge of human-first leadership.

 


The Shared Foundation

The strength of this arena lies in our shared language. To ensure we can dive straight into the deep work of relational design, this community is designed for leaders who have already begun exploring the Everyone Thrives blueprint with us—either through the 12-Week Close the Gap programme or previous direct partnerships.

The Contract: Stepping into this network requires a dedicated 12-month individual membership commitment.
